A Date???
Sometimes it is just fun to get dressed up and go out with your husband.
The Stake Christmas Party at the Carters Home was a special night for us.
The house was beautifully decorated the food Delicious and the people a treat to socialize with.
We had a really wonderful time.
I think Rick ate most of the Truffle Debbie served.

Did anyone notice that you did not get a Christmas picture from Missy this year??? Well I heard it was because this angel would not cooperate. She had just woke up and did not want to take pictures . I had her come to my house and look at this picture!

Katelyn told me she would take our family pictures this year. I saw the ones she did for Geoffrey and Rhea and they were beautiful but.....
Everything went wrong that morning, I think Jackson looked the best.
I wanted to post the few that did come out okay.
Rick was so hard to get along with that day, imagine that.
Anyway , Thank you Katelyn for spending so much time with us and driving down to take our pictures. The best picture that day would have been of Missy trying to make us all laugh!.

Christmas 2009
This year I decorated early. All the holiday decorations were up and in place by December 1st.
I volenteered to have the Pony Club Christmas party here on December 3rd so I was motivated.
I loved it!
Everything looked beautiful. I had the whole month to enjoy it.
We had 3 trees. This one is our family tree and my favorite!
Christmas shoes...
when your 11 years old it is hard to choose..
.one minute she feels like heelys the next......
High Heels!!!!
or maybe cowgirl boots!
I always try to get a family game or toy we can enjoy together on Christmas Day, why did I think Rick & Natalie would play nice with Nerf rocket guns????

Missy was very intent on her house this year. I think she even researched gingerbread house on the net! This girl was hard at work!

Another fun Christmas tradition is making our Gingerbread house Last year we let the little ones help, this year we decided to make it a Big Girl activity.
Great night with the big girls. The houses were extra nice this year .
Looking back this was one of my favorite nights with all my big girls!
Mickeys Very Mery Christmas Party 2009
Each year we try to get as many of our children together to go Disney World!
The lights , music, decorations along with the snow on Main street really get us in the Christmas mood!
Jayden and Alex had a great time , notice the buzz lightyear that Jayden is holding ... his new favorite.
We do enjoy this family tradition , we have been going to Disney at Christmas for about 12 years now.
It is a little different each year and as the family grows hard get all the schedules to work.
We have to just pick a date and who can go will go. We try to get there at about the same time but everyone ends up going there own way. We seem to meet up here and there, so at some point we do get to see everyone enjoying themselves .
I usually see Rick once or twice throughout the night.
This year I spent sometime with Britton my Big one year boy. Jonathon , Missy and Payton went on rides with her Mom, Sister and cousins. Britton was so much fun I think he really liked to dance the best. There were about 5 princesses and a big open dance floor.
Lots of space for him to run from me.
I couldn't get a picture of his dance moves because he is so fast and never stayed to long with the same princess.
I was able to see Macie ride Dumbo and take Jayden on Buss lightyear!
Natalie bought Brianna with her.
They are EVERYWHERE!. yes I did ride space mountain with them! FUN!!

Happy Birthday Macie-Kate!What a fun time we had at her party!
The weather didn't corporate so the party was moved to Michael's parents house.
Macie wore a beautiful Minnie shirt her Mommy made her . Katelyn made a very pretty Minnie Mouse cake and cookies too!

Katelyn and Macie have so much fun together, she is a Mommy's girl!Macie reminds me of another mommy's girl...and yes we did and still do have so much fun together.
